Everything on this site is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind including all implied warranties, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. The FPHLCC and any of its partners shall not be held liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this site.

The map is provided by the First Peoples’ Cultural Council of British Columbia. All information contained herein is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kinds, whether express or implied. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, fitness of use for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are hereby expressly disclaimed. By accessing the First Peoples’ Map of B.C. operated by the First Peoples' Heritage, Language & Culture Council (FPHLCC), the user agrees to be bound by all of the terms for use and agrees these terms constitute a binding contract between the user and the FPHLCC.

This database is protected by copyright laws and is owned by FPHLCC. Users who contribute content to this database maintain the copyright to that content. FPHLCC does not claim ownership to user contributed content. Language and multimedia data available on this site is intended for private, non-commercial use by individuals. Any commercial use of the language data or multimedia data in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, is specifically forbidden except with the prior written authority of the owner of the copyright. Users may, subject to these Terms and Conditions, print or otherwise save individual pages for private use. However, language and/or multimedia data may not be modified or altered in any respect, merged with other data or published in any form, in whole or in part. The prohibited uses include "screen scraping," "database scraping" and any other activity intended to collect, store, reorganize or manipulate data on the pages produced by, or displayed on the First Peoples’ Map of B.C.
